Job summary
Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking an Associate Clinical Supervisor (ACS) to advance toward BCBA certification in a home and community ABA setting. You will receive strong supervision, a structured development plan, and exposure to assessments, program design, and data review while accruing BCBA hours.
The role offers a full-time schedule, local travel within service areas, and a structured pathway into BCBA and senior clinical roles with protected supervision and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Masters in ABA or related field.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing.
- Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism.
- Interest in supervision, mentorship, and clinical leadership.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct ABA services in home and community settings.
- Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) under BCBA guidance.
- Support development and implementation of individualized ABA programs.
- Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data and session notes.
- Model best practices and provide clinical support to Behavior Technicians.
- Participate in supervision to accrue BCBA hours.
- Coach caregivers on evidence‑based strategies.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and regional leaders to ensure treatment fidelity.
- Attend trainings, team meetings, and mentorship opportunities.

At Community Autism Services (CAS), we believe strong clinicians are built through high-quality supervision, intentional training, and real-world experience-especially in home and community settings where clinical judgment matters most.
Our Associate Clinical Supervisor role is designed specifically for clinicians pursuing BCBA certification who want hands‑on experience with guardrails, consistent mentorship, and a clear development plan while accruing hours.
You’ll practice within an assent-based, child‑centered ABA framework and be supported by Regional Clinical Leaders who are invested in your growth‑not just your productivity.
We recognize the different types of work you do‑and compensate accordingly.
- Direct Service Rate: $28.00-$32.00/hour
- Supervision / Clinical Support Rate: Differentiated rate based on responsibilities
- Administrative / Training Rate: Applied to approved non‑client‑facing work
Your mix of direct, supervision, and administrative hours is intentionally designed based on client needs and your supervision plan. Details are reviewed during the interview process.

As an Associate Clinical Supervisor, you’ll deliver direct ABA services in home and community settings while developing foundational supervision and clinical leadership skills under BCBA guidance. We offer $1,000 external referral bonuses for BCBA referrals, $500 for ACS referrals and $250 for BT referrals. If your referral is hired and employed with us for 90 days, you get paid.
