Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking an Associate Clinical Supervisor (ACS) to advance toward BCBA certification in a home and community ABA setting. You will receive strong supervision, a structured development plan, and exposure to assessments, program design, and data review while accruing BCBA hours.
The role offers a full-time schedule, local travel within service areas, and a structured pathway into BCBA and senior clinical roles with protected supervision and mentorship.

Our Associate Clinical Supervisor role is designed specifically for clinicians pursuing BCBA certification who want hands‑on experience with guardrails, consistent mentorship, and a clear development plan while accruing hours.
You’ll practice within an assent-based, child‑centered ABA framework and be supported by Regional Clinical Leaders who are invested in your growth‑not just your productivity.

As an Associate Clinical Supervisor, you’ll deliver direct ABA services in home and community settings while developing foundational supervision and clinical leadership skills under BCBA guidance. You’ll support programming, data review, and caregiver education as you work toward independent practice.
This role is ideal for clinicians enrolled in or completing a graduate program in ABA who want strong supervision, ethical practice, and real clinical growth‑not just hours.
