Job summary

Forte Behavioral Health LLC in Inglewood, CA is hiring an Associate Clinical Supervisor to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students with special needs. Required: Master’s degree and 2+ years in ABA or related fields; ability to pass Live Scan and TB tests. BCBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, ABA, Counseling, or related field.
• Two or more years of experience in ABA therapy, special education, or behavior intervention.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessments, and intervention strategies.
• Ability to train staff and analyze behavioral data.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass Live Scan and TB test.

• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists (BIs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and school staff.
• Oversee intervention implementation, modify strategies based on data, and ensure treatment fidelity.

• Maintain compliance with IDEA, Section 504, Title 5, and BACB ethical standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide staff training, and document progress reports.

Compensation: $32 - 38 per hour, depending on experience and education.
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, daytime hours, following Inglewood Unified School District calendar.

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Clinical Supervisor to develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for individuals with special needs. This role involves training and supervising interventionists, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarity with California Department of Education (CDE) guidelines.
• Bilingual in Spanish or other languages.
