Medtronic plc is seeking a Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist to support the Mountain View territory. You will provide technical and educational support for CRM devices, assist with implants, and help ensure high reliability and patient outcomes.

Travel is substantial to clinics and hospitals within the region. Ideal candidates have a healthcare or sales background, a driver’s license, and are comfortable with after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years in healthcare or field sales.
• Associate's degree plus 2 years in healthcare or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree is acceptable.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and support weekend/after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies, performing system checks and implants.
• Coordinate operational support: patient docs, inventory, programmer software, daily coverage.
• Educate physicians and staff on CRM products and onboard new Clinical Specialists and Sales Reps.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
• Identify opportunities, support PO activities, monitor competitive trends, feedback to sales.
• Maintain expertise on new CRM products, therapies, solutions, and patient management.
• Travel extensively within the territory (approx. 80%); perform physical requirements and work in clinical settings.
