Sanofi Inc. and its U.S. affiliates seek an Associate Clinical Research Director in Cambridge, MA, to provide medical leadership for immunohematology programs and sickle cell disease development.

The role partners with Clinical Research Directors, leads medical input across studies, and supports regulatory strategy. The position requires an MD/MD-PhD with strong clinical development knowledge, GCP experience, and excellence in collaborative clinical science.

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD required.
• Hematology experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical development understanding and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in matrixed environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical expertise to clinical leads for immunohematology studies (Sickle cell disease program).
• Support protocol and synopsis development, feasibility, medical monitoring, and data review.
• Serve as medical advisor in Clinical Study Units and with investigators.
• Guide study teams on medical input, training, and risk assessment.
• Contribute to drug product development strategy and regulatory submissions.
