Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking an Associate Clinical Research Coordinator for a full-time day shift. You will coordinate cancer research activities, manage patient eligibility and enrollment, and ensure accurate data submission across study teams.

The role collaborates with investigators, sponsors, CRAs, pathology and clinic staff to support high-quality study conduct and patient-centered care.

Associate Clinical Research Coordinator at Providence Portland Medical Center. This posting represents Full-Time, Day Schedule.

The CRC1 is responsible for coordinating and maintaining diverse activities related to clinical cancer research. This includes, but is not limited to: patient eligibility; registration/enrollment; data compilation, abstraction, and submission; study evaluation; quality control; and patient follow-up. The CRC1 interacts closely with institutional investigators, industry sponsors, contract research organizations, NCTN research bases, clinic staff, laboratory staff, and pathology staff. The CRC1 collaborates with fellow clinical research staff throughout the duration of the study to ensure high quality and efficient study conduct.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver's license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 2 years of research or data entry/registry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinical research experience, including oncology clinical research experience.
• Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
• Epic experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $26.79 - $40.99
