This position is within the Enterprise Solutions division at S&P Global, which empowers private equity and venture capital firms with data control and analytics capabilities. It is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their careers in client support and financial services.

Responsibilities and Impact

1. Act as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues related to our products.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and support product adoption.
3. Conduct client meetings and present KPIs and metrics regularly.
4. Prepare and deliver reports on billing and profitability.
5. Relay client feedback to Product Management for enhancements.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively.
7. Participate in product testing and provide feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed by May 2025, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Interest in capital markets and finance is preferred.
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer service or help desk experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
