A leading food delivery service is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage post-sales relationships with campuses. This role involves launching services and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The Client Success Associate is responsible for all aspects of the post-sales relationships and achieving goals with our campuses. We’re looking for people who love growing businesses by solving complex operational and business problems. You'll head up the charge in launching Grubhub Campus ordering with Higher Education dining programs, driving engagement with students, and managing senior relationships with university and food service operators.
We reward our Sales positions with competitive pay. For this role, we offer commission with a base salary range as outlined below, based on factors including geographic location.
Colorado: $65,000-$70,000 ($75,000-$80,000 OTE range)
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
