Job summary

Grubhub Campus, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage post-sales relationships with university campuses and drive adoption of Grubhub Campus services, including mobile ordering and kiosks.

You will launch new campuses, coordinate cross-functional implementation, and guide ongoing growth through strategic engagement with university operators. The role requires 2–3 years in account management, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma/GED.
  • Strong account management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proven cross-functional relationship-building and stakeholder management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, data-driven decision making.

  • Own the post-sales relationships with Grubhub Campus accounts.
  • Launch campus orders with Grubhub platforms and ancillary services.
  • Project manage campus deployments and ongoing operations.
  • Drive campus growth through market strategies and client partnerships.

  • Coordinate product implementation with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Support.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics and prioritize campus initiatives.

About The Opportunity

The Client Success Associate is responsible for all aspects of the post-sales relationships and achieving goals with our campuses. We're looking for people who love growing businesses by solving complex operational and business problems. You'll head up the charge in launching Grubhub Campus ordering with Higher Education dining programs, driving engagement with students, and managing senior relationships with university and food service operators.

The Impact You Will Make
  • Own the entire post-sales relationship with Grubhub Campus signed accounts
  • Launch newly signed campuses with Grubhub mobile ordering, Grubhub Kiosks, Robot Delivery and other ancillary services
  • Project manage the operational set-up and deployment of each campus launch
  • Manage the growth and success of each campus, through planning and implementation of market strategies and maintenance of client partnership
  • Provide exceptional client service, proactively problem solve to identify and resolve any account issues
  • Manage cross-functional execution of product implementation with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Support
  • Closely monitor, measure, and report on key performance metrics in each market
  • Use data to determine priorities for campus specific initiatives
  • Pursue up-sell opportunities for new business by showing the value of Grubhub's program on campus
What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or high school diploma/GED
  • 2-3 years experience in account management
  • Highly organized across multiple projects and able to hold customers accountable to deadlines
  • Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly data-focused, with strong proficiency in Excel
  • Marketing and/or Communications experience is a plus
  • Resourceful, creative, and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and can multi-task
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change and thrives in a fast-paced environment (previous start-up experience a plus)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome - and encouraged to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

We reward our Sales positions with competitive pay. For this role, we offer commission with a base salary range as outlined below. Illinois: $54,400 - $68,000 ($64,000 - $80,000 OTE range) #LI-Hybrid Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
