Grubhub Campus, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage post-sales relationships with university campuses and drive adoption of Grubhub Campus services, including mobile ordering and kiosks.
You will launch new campuses, coordinate cross-functional implementation, and guide ongoing growth through strategic engagement with university operators. The role requires 2–3 years in account management, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.

The Client Success Associate is responsible for all aspects of the post-sales relationships and achieving goals with our campuses. We're looking for people who love growing businesses by solving complex operational and business problems. You'll head up the charge in launching Grubhub Campus ordering with Higher Education dining programs, driving engagement with students, and managing senior relationships with university and food service operators.
Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome - and encouraged to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
We reward our Sales positions with competitive pay. For this role, we offer commission with a base salary range as outlined below. Illinois: $54,400 - $68,000 ($64,000 - $80,000 OTE range) #LI-Hybrid Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
