Job summary

Sentry Insurance is seeking a client services associate to support the management team and designated clients by gathering information and facilitating client interactions. The role requires monitoring and resolving service items using multiple systems to ensure timely completion, including involvement with annual non-discrimination testing and 401(k) compliance.

This position fosters collaboration with 401(k) colleagues for ongoing education and development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Prior retirement or 401(k) experience is desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• CEBS or ASPPA courses are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain workflow tasks for assigned clients to ensure requests and services are completed within deadlines.
• Monitor incoming email and voice messages and provide accurate information on employer contributions, payroll, and plan details.
• Collect, verify, and update required customer information within Sentry systems.
• Develop and maintain understanding of Sentry's plan documents, contracts, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Positions filled in Freeport, Illinois this position will pay $21.44 - $32.21

Positions filled in Denver, Colorado this position will pay $23.60 - $35.43
