Job summary

Align Chiropractic, a multi-doctor family wellness practice in West Chester, Ohio, is seeking an Associate Doctor who will drive the new patient process and lead the clinical side of care. You’ll grow into a leadership role, train weekly, and work with a team that educates communities about principled chiropractic care.

You will own Day 1 and Day 2 experiences, manage progress exams, and promote care plans while maintaining alignment with Align's scripted procedures and team rhythm.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from a CCE-accredited program.
• Active Ohio chiropractic license or eligibility to obtain one before start date.
• Full-time availability across clinic hours, including early mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the New Patient Experience from Day 1 to Day 2 using Align's process.
• Lead First Four and through R4/R5 re-exams and care progression.
• Adjust on the floor with precision and presence while honoring schedule.
• Educate and promote chiropractic through workshops and talks to attract new families.
• Train weekly with the team and participate in ongoing curriculum.
