100% Chiropractic – Chattanooga, TN is hiring a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic to join our high-volume practice. You will work alongside the Clinic Director on the adjusting floor, execute precise systems, and grow a clinic serving families in Chattanooga.

You will sustain a heavy adjusting load, manage cases, and foster a referral culture while maintaining exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with Tennessee license requirement within 60 days.
• Proven track record with high-volume adjusting and long-term case management.
• Able to lead patient care and maintain clinic standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume chiropractic adjustments using 100% protocols.
• Review X-rays to support diagnosis and plan care.
• Lead patient case management and relationships to ensure adherence to plans.
• Conduct discovery and empowerment sessions to help with care plan conversions (40%).
• Provide financial consultations and reinforce care-plan recommendations.
