Job summary

Altitude Chiropractic in Palmer, Alaska seeks an Associate Chiropractor for a full-time salaried role. You will join Dr.

August Manelick and an established administrative team, building your patient base while learning the business of running a practice. We offer a flexible four- or five-day schedule and a compensation package starting at $90,000–$115,000, with a $5,000 annual retention bonus after each completed 12 months.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program.
• Active Alaska license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current professional-liability insurance or ability to obtain coverage.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active NPI number or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Professional, dependable, ethical, and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and related services within scope.
• Complete accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate care with massage therapists, staff and providers.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow clinic procedures, payer requirements and standards.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and the community.
• Participate in practice growth, referrals, and outreach.
• Maintain dependable attendance and professional conduct.
• Develop understanding of clinic operations and leadership.
