Washington State Chiropractic Association is hiring an Associate Doctor of Chiropractic for a rehab-focused practice in Burien, WA, 20 minutes south of Seattle. You will combine chiropractic care with physical rehabilitation for families, athletes, injured workers, and auto-accident cases.

Role emphasizes active rehab plans, thorough documentation, and collaboration with our team to deliver consistent, high-quality care. New grads welcome with mentorship; 25–40 patient visits daily once ramped.

Qualifications

• Licensed DC in WA or eligible to sit for boards.
• Interest in physical rehabilitation and exercise prescription.
• Ability to manage a mixed patient population.
• Willingness to mentor new grads.
• Experience with workers' comp or PI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, adjust, and manage patients across family care, sports, workers’ compensation, and personal injury.
• Build and progress active rehab plans (mobility, stability, strengthening, and return-to-work/return-to-play).
• See 25–40 visits per day with rehab and re-exams time blocked.
• Perform exams, orthopedic/neuro testing, and build clear treatment plans.
• Document thoroughly for clinical care and for work comp/auto cases.
• Coordinate with the team to maintain rehab flow and scheduling.

We’re hiring an Associate Doctor of Chiropractic for our rehab-focused practice in Burien, WA just 20 minutes south of Seattle. We need this seat filled by year-end. We combine chiropractic care with physical rehabilitation for a wide mix of patients: families, athletes, injured workers, and auto-accident cases.

Compensation

• +Base salary: $[85,000–$100,000] (based on experience and license status)+bonus and 401K with company match
• +Paid malpractice

• +Future partnership/buyout possible but not promised. (Owner is 50 years old)

The role

• +Evaluate, adjust, and manage patients across family care, sports, workers’ compensation, and personal injury
• +Build and progress active rehab plans (mobility, stability, strengthening, and return-to-work / return-to-play), not just passive care. We have a team to help administer.
• +Typical pace once ramped: about 25-40 visits per day, with time blocked for rehab and re-exams
• +Techniques and tools we use and support: Diversified, Thompson, Activator, Decompression, Class 4 laser, plus therapeutic exercise and rehab protocols.
• +Perform exams, orthopedic/neuro testing, report of findings, and build clear treatment plans
• +Document thoroughly for clinical care and for work comp/auto cases
• +Work closely with our team so rehab flow, scheduling, and follow-through stay tight
