Job summary

Back and Neck Medical Care Center in Las Cruces, NM is seeking an associate chiropractor to join a physician-led, on-site team. You’ll see a full patient schedule from day one and work alongside a physician and medical assistants who support your patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college.
• Active New Mexico chiropractic license, or eligibility to obtain one before starting.
• Clear communication and a genuine interest in helping patients follow through with care.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with spine and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and explain care plans, and help patients complete them.
• Coordinate care with the physician when a patient needs medical evaluation, imaging, or bracing.
• Document care accurately and follow compliance standards.

About us

Back and Neck Medical Care Center is an established, physician-led, integrated medical and chiropractic practice in Las Cruces, NM. Our owner, Dr. Glenn J. Waldt, MS, DC, DO, is an osteopathic physician who also spent 13 years in chiropractic practice before attending medical school — so he understands your role from the inside and how to make it work alongside medical care. We see approximately 400 patient visits a week and serve a diverse community, including many Spanish-speaking patients.

The role

We're adding an associate chiropractor to our team. You'll see a full schedule of patients from day one, with no need to build a practice from scratch. You'll work alongside a physician on site and a team of experienced medical assistants who support your patient care.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and treat patients with spine and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and explain care plans, and help patients complete them
• Coordinate care with the physician when a patient needs medical evaluation, imaging, or bracing
• Document care accurately and follow compliance standards

What we’re looking for

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college
• Active New Mexico chiropractic license, or eligibility to obtain one before starting (we welcome new graduates and can discuss timing)
• Clear communication and a genuine interest in helping patients follow through with care
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
