Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (Base Salary + Performance Bonus)

The Associate Chiropractor will be responsible for delivering high‑quality chiropractic care while helping patients understand and commit to their care plans.

• Performing chiropractic adjustments

Techniques Utilized in the Practice

North Point Chiropractic is primarily an Activator-based practice.

The Associate Chiropractor should be comfortable with or willing to learn and perform:

• Activator Technique (primary technique used)
• Manual adjusting
• Cox Flexion‑Distraction
• Webster Technique (preferred; training available)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $70,000

Performance Bonus: Monthly bonus tied to total practice collections.

Total compensation typically ranges from $70,000 – $100,000+ depending on practice growth.
