Providence is seeking an on-site caregiver/teacher in Lubbock, TX to support curriculum implementation and supervise children under the Lead Teacher. You will communicate with parents and coworkers and may take charge of a classroom as needed.

The role requires driving when necessary and a commitment to the center's philosophy. This is a full-time, day shift position with a focus on safe, developmentally appropriate care.

Qualifications

• 3 years Teaching experience in a licensed child care facility (NAEYC accredited center).
• Must comply with driving requirements and provide proof of license and auto insurance upon request.
• Onsite position with regular commute to the listed office location.

Required Qualifications

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
