Job summary

St. Joseph’s Health is seeking staff to plan and implement activities that develop social, cognitive, and motor skills for children within a specified age range in childcare, classroom, or field settings.

The role includes maintaining cleanliness and safety in the day treatment play area and ensuring the playroom runs smoothly each day. Required is a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience; CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and one to two years of previous work-related experience. CPR certification required. Current Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate preferred.

Effective January 2019, St. Joseph’s Health requires all employee certifications for Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) to be granted through the American Heart Association

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.” The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
