WMCHealth seeks an Associate Section Chief of Vascular Surgery at Westchester Medical Center Health Network in Valhalla, NY. You will lead a team of vascular surgeons and oversee strategy, clinical operations and quality initiatives across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record in program development, resident and fellow teaching, and independent research, with strong leadership and collaboration across cardiology and other service lines.

Qualifications

• Regionally recognized vascular surgeon and physician leader with a strong track record in program development and patient care.
• Experience in teaching residents or fellows and involvement in independent research.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across surgical and cardiovascular service lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of vascular surgeons, wound and vein specialists to grow specialty services and maintain quality.
• Oversee safety, patient satisfaction and accountability initiatives.
• Collaborate with cardiology, cardiothoracic, plastic surgery, trauma and orthopedic services for coordinated patient care.
