Job summary

Eurofins Lancaster Labs is hiring an Associate Chemist on the 2nd shift for our GC/MS Volatiles team in Lancaster, PA. This position focuses on maintaining instrumentation, daily calibration, and analyzing QC and client samples while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM on-site, with first-shift training. Eurofins is a global life sciences company serving multiple industries with analytical testing services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain instrumentation
• Tune and calibrate instrument daily
• Analyze quality control and client samples
• Review and assemble data in an efficient manner with a high degree of quality
• Evaluate current organizational and analytical systems
• Suggest and implement the necessary corrective action to ensure the above can be performed in alignment with client and/or regulatory requirements
• Perform all duties with minimal supervision
• Additional duties as assigned
