Job summary

A Bachelor's degree and experience in retail procurement are required; strong Excel and analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail, procurement, merchandising, or related field.
Experience with P&L concepts including revenue, costs, and gross profit.
Strong knowledge of customer-centric retailing and purchase behavior analytics.
Experience developing merchandising, vendor relations, and marketing programs in retail.
Proficient in Excel with data analysis and reporting; basic PowerPoint and Word skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and set sales, gross profit, inventory, and turnover objectives for departments.
Develop merchandising, display, and promotional plans for items.
Negotiate buying contracts and review them with CM/DMM.
Analyze market, competition, and customer data to guide pricing.
Review category performance and set goals, coordinate with teams.
