Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, supply chain, finance, marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in category management, procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal spend data, supplier performance, market intelligence, and industry trends to develop category strategies.
• Lead sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations aligned with category plans and business needs.
• Track KPIs, prepare supplier reviews, and drive continuous improvement across functions and regions.
