Job summary

Ramp seeks an Associate, Capital Markets to join the Finance and Capital Markets team in San Francisco. You will support live transactions with modeling, structuring, lender communications, and document execution, while evaluating funding strategies aligned with Ramp's strategy.

You will collaborate across accounting, data, engineering, finance, product, treasury, and risk, owning Capital Markets models and driving data accuracy and process automation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with sell-side or buy-side ABS trading or securitization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Capital Markets team in live transactions with modeling, structuring, memos, lender communications, and document execution.
• Evaluate funding strategies within Ramp's corporate strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage Ramp's warehouse and ABS facilities and maintain Capital Markets data tapes.
• Develop and refine Capital Markets models and seek automation for scalability.

About the Role We're seeking a driven Associate, Capital Markets to join Ramp's growing Finance and Capital Markets team. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build and scale a best-in-class Capital Markets function while making significant contributions to Ramp's growth. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing and executing Ramp's funding strategies while leveraging your expertise to help manage our capital partner relationships. You’ll also serve as a critical cross-functional partner, collaborating closely with teams across accounting, data, engineering, finance, product, treasury, and risk.
