Job summary

Coach is seeking an Associate Buyer for Men’s Ready-to-Wear North America to manage product assortment, inventory, and pricing strategies. You will work across North America Outlet and Retail channels, driving pre-season briefs, OTB planning, and in-season launches.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset to influence allocation and future product design within the One Coach journey.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Buying, Allocation, or Planning experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Associate Buyer, Men’s Ready-to-Wear North America

The Associate Buyer for Men’s Ready-to-Wear (MRTW) North America is responsible for managing product assortment, inventory and pricing strategies to achieve Coach’s North America MRTW sales plans. This is an opportunity to manage and drive an evolving category, as the brand is focused on evolving both Men’s & Women’s RTW through its One Coach journey. This role oversees both the North America Outlet and Retail channels, providing opportunity to learn about both sides of the business. This person would manage pre-season product briefs and feedback, seasonal OTB and inventory planning, as well as in-season product launches, inventory delete and chase strategies. The Buying team is highly collaborative and partners closely with a variety of cross functional teams.
