Responsibilities

• Perform market analysis, competitive shop, and analyze sales trends to stay current with trends.

• Work with spreadsheets detailing quantities and OA budgets.
• Develop merchandising strategies to maximize departmental opportunities and meet financial goals.
• Build and maintain partnerships with cross-functional teams and vendors; manage open-to-buy with Planning.
• Mentor Assistant Buyers and Buying Coordinators.
