Job summary

Target is seeking an entry-level Associate Buyer for a Summer 2027 start in Minneapolis, MN. The role offers hands-on exposure to assortment analysis, vendor relationships, and promotional planning within a Fortune 50 company.

In this summer program, you will manage projects from start to finish and present your results to leadership, gaining insights into day-to-day buyer responsibilities and growth opportunities.

• Gain realistic insight into life as an Associate Buyer and manage a project from start to finish.

• Support assortment analysis and recommendations and maintain relationships with major vendors.
• Execute promotional plans and strategies and contribute to overall merchandise execution.

Job description

This position is entry-level position that starts in Summer 2027.

Starting Hourly Rate $29.00 per hour.
