QVC Group in West Chester, PA, is hiring a Buyer I to own part of the Beauty Buying Office with responsibility for long- and short-term planning and purchasing. You will select products based on trends and translate them into concepts for multi-platform retail.

This hybrid role requires on-site days in West Chester and residence in PA/NJ/DE. The team emphasizes collaboration and product expertise with a focus on driving sales and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate merchandise buying experience.
• Ability to translate trends into products for multi‑platform retail.
• Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on‑air assortment for assigned categories under Buyer II supervision.
• Develop terms and purchase items that exceed customer expectations.
• Analyze item/category performance and evolving customer buying behavior.
• Provide product elevation, QA, and daily office tasks including macros.
• Build relationships with internal teams to optimize product lifecycle.
• Communicate with vendors and present product concepts.
