Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Buyer I to oversee part of the Beauty segment at our West Chester, PA offices as part of a hybrid role. You will manage on-air assortments, set terms, and drive purchasing decisions aligned with sales goals.

The position requires hands-on analysis of trends and strong vendor collaboration to maximize product lifecycle success. You will contribute across teams, present plans, and build relationships with QA, eCommerce, and planning groups while mentoring junior staff

Qualifications

3–5 years of corporate merchandise buying experience.
Strong mentoring skills to invest in others.
Ability to present and communicate clearly with internal partners.

Responsibilities

Maintain the on-air assortment for assigned categories and develop strategies.
Develop terms and purchase items that meet customer expectations.
Analyze item/category sales trends and react to performance.
Evaluate vendor productivity within products of responsibility.
Maintain product elevation and quality across assortments.
Establish relationships with vendors and internal teams to optimize lifecycle activities.
