Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 3+ years in Buying, Planning or related Merchandising roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with generative AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Market Reports: prepare and analyze reports for market and vendor meetings.
• Supports post market recap and assortment reviews (new vs core/replenish, OTB).
• Create and revise purchase orders for new, core, and DFMS orders.
• Negotiate terms and maintain vendor follow-through.
• Analyze internal and competitor merchandise data including ABC categorization.
• Understand consumer demographics, segmentation, and seasonal demand.
