Uline is seeking an Associate Buyer at our Pleasant Prairie, WI campus to manage inventory levels, place replenishment orders, and foster strong vendor relationships across regional locations. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and timely problem resolution to ensure steady supply for all branches.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree (supply chain preferred) and are proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; supply chain major a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, calculate and monitor inventory levels on select product lines.
• Place purchase orders based on replenishment needs.
• Develop and maintain good vendor relations.
• Resolve problems, reconcile vendor returns and expedite order deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal departments when vendor issues arise.
• Partner with other team members to provide support to Uline's regional locations.
