Job summary

You will support the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of business applications, evaluate existing processes, and develop specifications, process flows, test plans, and user documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, MIS, business administration, or related field with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for business and technical systems.
• Experience supporting, testing, implementing, or maintaining business systems and applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
