JMP, a SAS subsidiary, invites an entry-level Associate Business Operations Specialist to join our Cary, NC headquarters. You will assist in global sales operations, researching data, validating entities, and building internal partnerships to support strategic goals.

We seek a self-motivated, highly organized candidate with a Bachelor's degree who can manage heavy workloads, learn quickly, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for an Associate Business Operations Specialist to engage in a role that directly supports JMP Business Operations to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. You will research and maintain standard and non-standard global data with a business acumen mindset in support of sales activities.

You will:

• Leverage internal knowledge of corporate tools/systems, processes/procedures, methodologies, and best practices to support global sales business operations.
• Support validation of legal entity at a specific location with new and updated data using a variety of research methods to ensure accuracy.
• Build relationships with internal clients that characterize partnership, cooperation, and trust.
• Support initiatives related to continuous improvement and streamlining of business operations processes.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Business Administration, or related field.
• Results-oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage a heavy workload in a task-driven environment.
• Tenaciousand willing to independently carry out responsibilities associated with assigned tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to research and synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Ability to quickly learn and implement changes in new processes and technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment without sacrificing quality and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in creating, maintaining, and manipulating Excel spreadsheets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.

• Experience identifying the legal entity and related corporate family through research tools such as Dun & Bradstreet
• Prior experience with a CRM system (ex. Salesforce)
• Prior experience supporting a Sales Environment
