Job summary

Google LLC seeks a Business Operations and Strategy professional to own problem definitions, run analyses, and become the expert on key topics. You will persuade executives with your findings and influence strategic decisions, building cross-functional consensus and execution momentum across Alphabet.

You will work within BizOps on initiatives shaping GTM for generative AI, enterprise AI strategy, monetization, and moonshots, collaborating with product, leadership, and functions to

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in management consulting or other equivalent business strategy experience.
• 3 years of experience at a management consulting firm.
• Experience in strategy or in a business operations environment.
• Experience working on complex operational and strategic initiatives.
• Experience in tech, media, a telecom company, or education in STEM.
• Excellent problem-solving, modeling, and presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

About The Job

The central Business Operations and Strategy team drives strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across the company’s product areas and functions. The team, also known as BizOps, operates like an internal consulting group working on a range of critical projects and issues.

Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of Business Operations (BizOps) work in small teams to find solutions. These include shaping how we go to market with generative AI, defining and executing our strategy on company-wide priorities like transforming Google into the world’s first AI-native enterprise, developing monetization strategies across our consumer and B2B products, and exploring "moonshots" to find the next big idea. BizOps is at the forefront of Google's fast-moving strategic priorities, addressing operational challenges and enabling innovation.

In this role, you will own the problem definition, run your own workstreams/analyses, and become the expert on key topics/data. You will persuasively communicate your recommendations to executives, and influence strategic decisions by building consensus and mobilizing towards execution. You will build lasting relationships with colleagues across Alphabet, enabling you to execute rapidly and cross-functionally. As a member of BizOps, you will also be a part of a tight-knit community with a focus on mentorship, learning, and development.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $126000 - $180000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
