Specifically, the associate will draft pleadings and motions, handle depositions, and attend hearings. The ideal candidate will have top academic credentials, be an excellent researcher and a persuasive writer. The candidate will work in a collaborative environment with several partners and must be organized, diligent, and comfortable in court.
