Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks an aspiring Associate Broker to launch or advance a commercial real estate brokerage career. You will train through JLL University and work with senior brokers to lead business development, prepare market-ready materials, and support client proposals across multiple markets.

You will learn to analyze market data, contribute to deals, and build relationships with clients while developing the skills needed to advance within a top global real estate firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0–4+ years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience.
• Demonstrable success in business development and sales production.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University (JLLU), a 10-week training program for new Associate Brokers.
• Support senior brokers in initiating business development activities and outreach to new leads.
• Work with senior brokers on proposals, prepare property books, and create presentations for new business.
• Collaborate with senior brokers to develop client materials (lease comparisons, market overviews).

About This Opportunity

Compensation Range:This role is draw and commission eligible. Location:Multiple.

We are proactively seeking high-caliber professionals interested in launching or advancing their commercial real estate brokerage careers with JLL. While we may not have an immediate opening in your specific market, we encourage qualified candidates to apply so we can connect when opportunities arise that match your skills and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University ("JLLU"), a 10-week training, development, and networking program specifically for our new Associate Brokers Support senior brokers in initiating business development activities and take initiative to outreach to new leads (cold calls, warm calls, emails, etc.)
• Work with senior brokers on new business proposals, prepare available property summary books, and create new business presentations
• Collaborate with senior brokers to develop materials for clients (e.g., lease comparisons, market overviews, prospect or client presentations)
• Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiation, evaluation, and documentation
• Provide clients with industry and market-specific information as it relates to their business and maintain contact information on prospects
• Contribute to designated local market research requests: market snapshots, market overviews, quarterly market decks, and topic-specific research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities
• Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models

Required

• A minimum of 0–4+ years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience
• Demonstrable success in business development and sales production
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables

Preferred

• State Real Estate License (must have within 90 days of hire)
• Previous experience in corporate real estate, consulting, or finance; understanding of real estate fundamentals is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
