Willis Towers Watson in New York, NY is seeking an Associate Broker to prepare and submit business to carrier partners, analyze client risks, and support placement activities. You’ll develop client presentations, research market solutions, and ensure compliance across processes.
The role requires up to 5 years of industry experience, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and a Property & Casualty license within 6 months. Hybrid work with competitive compensation and benefits is offered.
The Associate Broker is responsible for preparing and submitting business to our carrier partners, following-up for quotes, and for providing analytics for key accounts. In addition to assisting with placement activity, responsibilities will include coordinating deadlines for internal /external colleagues and clients. This individual will utilize their expertise to help enhance results for the team. Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $100,000.00-$150,000.00 USDannually.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
