Hellmann's/BestFoods is an iconic brand in the US, present in 1 out of every 2 households, leading the mayonnaise category (4x the next largest competitor) and occupying a leadership role in creating category value for customers. This Associate Brand Manager - Innovation will support the development and delivery of priority innovation platforms for the brand, including core brand initiatives, solutions that build future occasions and uses, and portfolio opportunities for the next generation of condiments consumers. Working closely with the Innovation Brand Manager and cross-functional partners, this individual will translate consumer, category and business data into clear recommendations and help move projects from insight through commercialization. This is a visible, hands-on role with meaningful responsibility for delivering results across US and Global Foods; we need someone who is curious, driven, highly organized and an absolute Foodie.
This role provides broad exposure to brand and portfolio strategy, product development, innovation analytics, commercialization and cross-functional partnership. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about food, passionate about product superiority and chefmanship, consumer centric, and highly effective at managing data, timelines, budgets and multiple workstreams. If you thrive on turning insights into action, solving problems and driving the operational details required to launch strong innovation, this will be a very rewarding experience.
Pay : The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.
