Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Analyze pleadings, documents, and statutes to determine validity of bond claims.
• Communicate with agents, principals, claimants, and attorneys on claim status and information requests.
• Evaluate and minimize company risk; analyze subrogation efforts.
• Prepare and send claim status correspondence via mail, fax, or electronic means.
• Maintain claim files in physical and electronic form.
• Attend court hearings including mediations, settlements, and trials.
• Perform legal research and other related matters.
