Responsibilities

• Support Retirement operations within the BCM vertical by executing tasks per defined procedures.
• Handle routine Retirement transactions, validations, and exception processing.
• Maintain process documentation and trackers for completeness and accuracy of records.
• Escalate issues and deviations to senior team members with relevant details.
• Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing forums to build domain expertise.
• Assist in testing and validating minor system or process changes from a user perspective.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables and adherence to service standards.
• Contribute to a culture of compliance by following control guidelines and reporting observed risks.
