Qualifications

  • Experience with electronic case management systems; CaseAware a plus.
  • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, and court procedures.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with clients and employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Draft legal pleadings, notices of hearings, motions, and orders.
  • Research and analyze statutes, judicial decisions, and legal articles.
  • Update case management system to ensure data integrity.
  • Travel to court and client sites as necessary.
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients and internal staff.
  • Identify legal issues requiring additional review.
  • Manage a high volume of files with accuracy and attention to detail.
