Job summary

TD is seeking a hospitality-minded client service professional at our New York location. The role serves as the first point of contact, guiding traffic flow and delivering a high-touch client experience while upholding TD's risk and regulatory standards.

You will perform everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently, deepen relationships by identifying needs, and refer clients to partners to support their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients as they serve as the hospitality ambassador of the bank location, seamlessly guiding traffic flow while delivering a high touch client experience
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions while deepening relationships by proactively identifying needs and opportunities that will help clients reach their financial goals and referring clients to appropriate partners to help achieve their financial objectives
• Engages clients with professionalism with a focus on educating on appropriate products and self-serve solutions while using insights on recommending solutions for turning routine client transactions into meaningful moments
• Demonstrates knowledge of basic banking products and services to utilize insights, tools and resources to evaluate and recommend client solutions
• Performs a broad range of client transactions and multi-step activities within established financial limits
