Job summary

PS Seasoning, a third-generation family-owned company in Wisconsin, is seeking a Production Associate to support our production facility through packaging, assembly and fulfillment of our product lines. The ideal candidate is reliable with a commitment to quality and excellence.

Responsibilities include hand packaging, kit assembly, operating the bottle line, inspecting materials, and maintaining clean work areas. Shifts run Monday–Saturday from 10:00pm to 6:00am in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Willingness to work a variety of tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended shifts of up to 10 hours.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Hand packaging and kit assembly.
• Operate bottle line and packaging equipment.
• Meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Inspect materials and finished containers.
• Clean work areas and equipment.
• Record production data on forms.
• Label containers and products.
• Adhere to GMP and HACCP safety programs.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10:00pm–6:00am.

Position Summary

As a Production Associate, you’ll be essential to supporting our production facility through packaging, assembly and overall fulfillment of our product lines. The ideal candidate is reliable with a commitment to quality and excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Daily tasks include hand packaging, assembly of kits or working on the bottle line
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting production goal
• Examine and inspect materials, containers, and products to ensure that specifications are met
• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools
• Load materials and products into package processing equipment
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials by hand
• Place or pour products or materials into containers, using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes
• Seal containers or materials, using lids and/or seals
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records
• Mark and label containers, tags and products using marking tools
• Clean-up work area including products, bags, boxes before next project
• Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned
• Hours: Monday - Saturday (10:00pm - 6:00am)
