Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment using logical problem-solving techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a production environment and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation and monitoring of automated manufacturing equipment.
• Support production line setup, changeovers, and batch execution activities.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
• Escalate complex equipment issues to senior technicians or engineering teams.
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities or downtime events.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production and maintenance activities.
• Follow GMP and SOPs and adhere to safety and quality procedures.
