Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
  • Review, analyze, and organize case-related documents.
  • Manage multiple case files and monitor deadlines to ensure timely progression of matters.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings clearly and effectively.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other professionals.
  • Develop and manage a growing caseload with guidance from senior attorneys.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support client representation and firm operations.
