Responsibilities

• Analyzing and summarizing medical records.
• Preparing memorandums, case assessments and subpoenas.
• Preparing briefs, motions and file summaries.
• Drafting correspondence.
• Attending court proceedings, depositions, mediations.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize based on importance of task

Highly organized and detail oriented

Can successfully manage multiple priorities

Works well in a high volume, fast paced work environment

Familiar with Microsoft Office

Education

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

Must be licensed to practice law in Michigan or pending bar exam results
