Job summary

Wage and Hour Attorneys is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its wage and hour litigation team. This substantive role covers intake through trial-ready preparation under the supervision of the Managing Partner, with ownership of each case phase before trial.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of litigation experience, strong FLSA knowledge, excellent research and writing skills, and a genuine commitment to plaintiff-side advocacy. Spanish/English bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
• 2–5 years of litigation experience; wage and hour experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA and state wage/hour laws.
• Experience with class actions and FLSA collective actions under Rule 23 and 29 U.S.C. § 216(b).
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage wage and hour cases from intake through trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and briefs.
• Oversee discovery, document review, and depositions.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies for trial readiness.
