MWC Legal Group in Milwaukee seeks an associate attorney to manage a caseload across estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, and related areas from day one. You will take on meaningful client responsibilities with experienced attorneys guiding you.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of trusts and estates experience.
• Ability to manage client-facing matters with growing independence.
• Exposure to one or more of the firm's service areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a case load in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Handle probate and trust administration matters including filings, accountings, and client communications.
• Advise clients on elder law, Medicaid planning, guardianships, and special needs planning.
• Assist with fiduciary tax preparation and related filings.
• Begin building a professional referral network in Milwaukee.
