Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate for a hybrid role with a base salary up to $200k. You will draft wills and trusts, handle trust administration, and advise high-net-worth clients on sophisticated wealth transfer planning.

You will work with an executive leadership team and mentor junior lawyers, with performance-based advancement and strong client-centric culture.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.
• 4–8+ years of trusts & estates experience with strong drafting and client counseling skills.
• Experience with high-net-worth planning and complex trusts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and advanced estate planning documents for high-net-worth clients.
• Handle trust administration, probate proceedings, and fiduciary accountings.
• Advise clients on sophisticated wealth transfer strategies and estate tax planning.
• Manage matters with increasing autonomy and lead aspects of client work.
• Collaborate with partners and help mentor junior team members as you grow.

Location/Schedule: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid )

Base Salary: Up to $200k (plus performance incentives)

Practice: Trusts & Estates – Wills, trusts, estate tax reduction, and sophisticated wealth transfer planning for high-net-worth clients.
