Qualifications

• 3–7 years of litigation experience required.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Play a hands-on role in all phases of litigation from strategy through trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research, draft memoranda, pleadings and motions.
• Coordinate with experts and prepare for depositions and trials.
• Manage discovery and document production.
