Our team represents insurance companies in a wide variety of claims arising under insurance policies covering mergers and acquisitions transactions, tax matters, and contingent liability risks. We are seeking a highly motivated attorney with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills who is interested in sophisticated insurance coverage and transactional matters.
Salary information below will vary depending upon relevant experience for the position and geographic locations.
$147,000 - $195,000
