Gpac is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to focus primarily on transactional work across business, real estate, estate planning, and probate. This role offers the opportunity to take over the practice from a senior partner within a few years and balances transactional work with potential related litigation.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business, real estate, estate planning, or probate law.
• Active law license in Nebraska or ability to obtain admission within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional legal services in business, real estate, estate planning, and probate.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and documents for transactions.
• Counsel clients on estate planning and probate matters, including wills and trusts.
• Represent clients in proceedings related to estate and business disputes if needed.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and manage cases with clear client communication.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on Nebraska law.
